A Letter from Robert and Hilda Braxton

Back on April 24, 2016, a tragedy occurred when our son Robert E. Braxton III (aka Robby) was unjustifiably shot and killed. Robby had a passion for our Lord Jesus Christ, helping anyone in need, a proud graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia Pa., and basketball! His favorite statements were, “We’re friends only once, then we’re family” and “Where there’s Love, – There’s Life”.

- Learn about RBIII and our mission to remember Robert E. Braxton III

To honor his life, legacy, and the things that he was passionate for, we have created and established the “RBIII Foundation” a Public Charity 501c3 Non-Profit Organization. In addition to faith, love, and hope, the mission of the RBIII Foundation is to raise scholarships funds for those in need of financial assistance for Temple University, assist with helping the homeless in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas, to assist families in crisis, and to show the love of Christ in bringing communities together in love!

The RBIII Foundation can only achieve its goals with the assistance of generous donations from members of our community, corporations, and organizations. Without these donations, serving those in our communities and helping dreams become reality would not be possible.

Because the RBIII Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals like you, we write to ask you to consider donating to this cause. When donating, please remember to ask your employer about their matching gift program. To continue Robby’s legacy, we truly hope that you will help support this effort to help others.

The RBIII Foundation thanks you in advance for your consideration, generosity, & prayers.
